Runtime-validated via AnimationHeaders guard suite (pass=4/4).
Extracts IMovementProcessMessageInterface from TESObjectREFR.h inline definition
to its own header; adds IMovementSelectIdle, IMovementDirectControl,
IMovementPlannerDirectControl, IMovementQueryAnimDeltas, IMovementAnimationDrivenFeedback.
Adds MovementControllerAI and MovementControllerNPC with confirmed base layout
and SetAnimationDriven/SetMotionDriven IDs
